Return Policy

Returns: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, safety-sealed in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Orders older than 30 days cannot be returned. Customers pay the return shipping cost. 

Please contact us at getwell[at] with your order number prior to shipping any products back to request a Return Authorization Number and shipping address to ship back to us.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to determine eligibility of refund. You will receive an e-mail confirming or denying refund. If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original credit card that was used for the purchase. You will only be refunded for the product; you will not be refunded any shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items. We are not responsible for items that get lost in transit. 

Exchanges, and Incorrect or Damaged Products

We will gladly exchange your product if the wrong one was shipped to you or the product was damaged upon arrival. 

If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like in exchange.
